I eat Paleo. In a nutshell, no dairy, no grains, no gluten, no white potatoes, no rice, no legumes (includes soy and peanuts). So what *do* I eat? Meats, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds.
My husband and I love to travel. So we do that. A lot. When he’s not on extended business trips.
